The Coch-Y-Bondhu Beetle is a classic pattern orginating from Wales that imitates, unsuprisingly, the Coch-Y-Bondhu Beetle that comes on to the Welsh upland lake trouts menu around early summer. If the trout are taking C-Y-B's then you need the pattern. Elsewhere it has gain a reputation as an exceptional general beetle/bug pattern.
