Mini muddler are versions of popular nymph and lures with small muddled heads. They are effective like the orginial patterns but have the added attraction of the disturbance caused by the small muddled head. They can be fished with a slow dibbling retrieve or with a steady retrieve on floating lines and can be very deadly on sinking lines. They can also be very effective for sea trout as well as stillwater and river trout.
